CFW are teaming up with Callebaut to host a small, invite-only experience at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Banbury — and we’re giving 2 CFW customers the chance to join us.
This is a personal, curated experience designed for dessert and bakery businesses who love working with chocolate and want fresh ideas they can take straight back to their menus.

Terms & Conditions – Callebaut Chocolate Academy Experience Giveaway
1. Promoter
This promotion is organised by CFW Fun Food (a trading name of Sephra Europe Ltd), Sephra House, Denburn Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2BJ, United Kingdom (“CFW”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The giveaway is open to UK-based CFW customers only.
2.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
2.3 The promotion is intended for food, bakery, chocolate or dessert businesses. Entries from individuals not connected to a relevant business may be deemed invalid.
2.4 Employees of Sephra Europe Ltd, CFW, Callebaut, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion opens on the date the giveaway post is published on Instagram.
3.2 The promotion closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 9th February 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the giveaway, entrants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram during the promotion period:
- Follow @cfwfunfood
- Like the giveaway post
- Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story
- Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post
4.2 Each additional comment tagging a different friend will count as one additional entry.
4.3 Comments must tag real Instagram accounts. Duplicate tags, fake accounts or spam entries may be removed and disqualified.
4.4 No purchase is required to enter.
5. The Prize
5.1 Two (2) winners will each receive one place at an invite-only experience, which includes:
- One night’s accommodation at Fawsley Hotel and Spa on Monday 23rd March 2026, including dinner and breakfast
- Attendance at a full-day experience at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy, Banbury, on Tuesday 24th March 2026
- Participation as part of a small group of approximately 12 attendees
5.2 The experience is a one-off event curated specifically for this group and cannot be replicated or rescheduled.
6. Travel & Additional Costs
6.1 Travel to and from Banbury is not included in the prize and is the sole responsibility of the winner.
6.2 Any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to transport, parking, additional food and drink, or personal expenses, are not included unless explicitly stated.
7. Availability Requirement
7.1 Entrants must be fully available to attend on both 23rd and 24th March 2026.
7.2 By entering, entrants confirm that they are able to attend on these dates.
7.3 Winners who are unable to attend on these dates will forfeit the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
8.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the promotion closes.
8.2 Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by CFW only within a reasonable period following the closing date.
8.3 Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the message. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being chosen.
8.4 CFW will never ask for payment details as part of winner notification.
9. Prize Conditions
9.1 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative.
9.2 The prize may not be resold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer.
9.3 CFW reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
10. Publicity
10.1 By entering, winners agree that CFW may use their business name, Instagram handle and related content for promotional purposes, including social media and website content, without additional compensation.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 CFW accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, network issues or platform errors.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFW shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence or breach of statutory duty.
12. General
12.1 CFW reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
12.2 CFW’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
12.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
