- Promoter
This promotion is run by CFW Fun Food, a trading name of Sephra Europe Ltd, Sephra House, Denburn Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2BJ, UK (“the Promoter”). - Eligibility
2.1 Open to UK residents only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its agents, suppliers, anyone professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age and residency. If suitable proof cannot be provided, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. - Promotion Period
3.1 The giveaway runs from Monday 23rd March until Wednesday 8th April, closing at 23:59 (UK time).
3.2 Entries received before the start time or after the closing time will not be counted.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to shorten, extend or otherwise amend the Promotion Period in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes.

4.5 Like the competition post on the CFW Fun Food Facebook page;
4.6 Follow/like the CFW Fun Food Facebook page;

4.8 Share the competition post to your Facebook Story or share the post to your Facebook feed (depending on your privacy settings) so your entry can be verified.
4.9 You may submit multiple entries by posting multiple comments, each tagging a single friend in a separate comment. Automated, bulk or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
4.10 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. - Entry Requirements
5.1 Comments, usernames and any shared content relating to this promotion must not contain anything unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
5.2 Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the community guidelines of Instagram or Facebook may be disqualified.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that it reasonably considers breaches these Terms and Conditions or brings the Promoter or the promotion into disrepute. - The Prize

6.2 The prize is as stated and no cash alternative, credit or substitution is available.
6.3 If any item is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
6.4 The prize is for the named winner only and cannot be transferred or resold.
- Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received across both Instagram and Facebook during the Promotion Period.
7.2 The draw will take place within 7 working days of the promotion closing date.
7.3 The winner will be contacted by direct message (DM) either on Instagram (from the official @cfwfunfoodaccount) or via Facebook Messenger (from the official CFW Fun Food Facebook page), depending on where the winning entry was posted.
7.4 The Promoter will never ask for bank details or payment in order to release the prize.
7.5 The winner must respond within 7 days of the initial contact and provide the information requested (for example, full name, delivery address) so the prize can be arranged.
7.6 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, or is unable to take the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same method. - Delivery of the Prize
8.1 The prize will be delivered to a single UK postal address provided by the winner.
8.2 The Promoter will cover standard delivery costs. Any additional costs (for example, re-delivery due to incorrect address details being supplied) may be the responsibility of the winner.
8.3 The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its control, including courier delays, adverse weather or industrial action.
8.4 Risk in the prize passes to the winner upon delivery. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. - Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 The Promoter will process personal data (such as Instagram or Facebook handle, name and delivery address) for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.

9.4 By entering the promotion, you agree that the Promoter may contact you via Instagram or Facebook for the purposes of administering the promotion. - Liability
10.1 As far as permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any:- entries that are incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received;
- technical, hardware, software, server, network or platform failures of any kind;
- loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize (except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence).
10.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whom it reasonably believes has:- breached these Terms and Conditions;
- provided false or misleading information;
- gained an unfair advantage; or
- used fraudulent or automated means to enter the promotion.
11.2 The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, but will always try to minimise the effect on participants where possible.

13.2 The winner is not obliged to agree to any publicity, and declining will not affect their entitlement to the prize. - General
