Dispatch Time

Order Processing Times. We aim to dispatch orders, received prior to 2pm Monday–Thursday and prior to 12:30pm Friday, on the same day, ensuring prompt delivery. However, occasionally, due to unusually high levels of orders, weather delays, carrier limitations, and other factors outwith our control, this is not always possible and some orders may be delayed by 24 hours.

Please Note: We may use a Pallet Delivery Service for larger orders (over approx. 250Kg) and these are packed and processed on next working day basis, therefore not despatched the same day

Next working day delivery is not a guaranteed service. Sometimes our carriers experience service failures, equipment faults, or delays caused by road closures due to breakdowns, accidents, and weather. We always recommend not waiting until the last minute to order, and therefore allowing for potential delays. That said, we will always do our utmost to get your valued orders to you in a timely manner.

Free Delivery applies to orders sent to mainland UK addresses only, and dispatches do not occur on weekends, bank holidays, and company holidays.

Shipping Rates and Times

The cost of shipping is dynamically calculated within your basket area, ensuring transparency and accuracy. To prevent any discrepancies, please ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method during the checkout process. Failure to do so could result in additional charges being applied prior to the shipment of your goods. This, in turn, might lead to a delay in the processing of your order.

* While we strive to expedite your orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Please understand that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to variations beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for late deliveries.

** For our valued customers outside the UK, please be aware that all international deliveries operate on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. In practical terms, this means that the responsibility for import duty and tax payment rests with the buyer. In the unfortunate event of an order cancellation after the goods have been shipped or if delivery is refused due to the buyer's unwillingness to fulfil these import-related charges, we will deduct all applicable carriage charges from any refund that may be issued.


Tracking and Photo Proof of Delivery

Our carriers will provide tracking information directly to you via email or text (you must supply a valid email address or mobile number). For improved security and transparency, our carriers are now using photos to prove your delivery. In cases where you anticipate being unavailable at the time of delivery, they offer the convenience of designating a neighbour who can accept the items on your behalf, specifying a safe place to leave the parcel or collecting from your local pick-up shop.



Multiple Parcel Deliveries

Some orders are dispatched in more than one parcel. Where this happens, parcels can sometimes become separated in transit and arrive at different times, even though they were sent together. It is therefore possible to receive one parcel first and the remaining parcel(s) shortly afterwards. Please check your tracking information for each parcel before reporting an item as missing.



Missed or Refused Deliveries

It's important to note that any instances of missed or refused deliveries could incur charges. Should this happen, we retain the right to deduct both outbound and return shipping costs from any refund that may apply.



Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

During warmer months, chocolate products may experience melting in transit. This, however, does not compromise the quality or flavour of the product in any way. Should such instances occur, the chocolate can be safely re-melted and utilized normally. However, please take note that returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accommodated solely on the grounds of chocolate melting during transit.
