The Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 16 years. By using the Website, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Products, Orders and Customer Contracts

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time without notice. We make every effort to accurately reflect the availability of items on our website. Nevertheless, there might be instances when a product is unavailable despite being shown in stock on the Website. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to address the situation and explore alternative solutions. This may include providing you with an estimated restocking date, suggesting a product with similar specifications, or issuing a prompt refund so that you can efficiently explore other sources where the item is in stock. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to swiftly resolving any availability-related concerns.

Pricing: Prices for products are as stated on the Website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Customer Product Contracts: We strive to fulfill all contractual obligations in a timely and satisfactory manner. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of our reasonable control may occasionally affect our ability to deliver products or services as initially outlined. These circumstances could include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, currency exchange fluctuations, government actions, or other force majeure events. In the event that such circumstances arise, we will make every effort to communicate any potential delays or changes to you as soon as possible. We may need to adjust delivery timelines, modify certain product features, adjust product pricing or offer suitable alternatives. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

Shipping

We will ship products to the address you provide during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method. See our Delivery Information page for more details.

All goods must be inspected and tested upon receipt and any discrepancies or shortages must be reported within five working days of delivery date. Claims out with this timescale will not be considered.

Any damages or shortages to packages must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged with courier.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and refunds are considered at the discretion of the company, within 14 days on delivery of purchase, and may be subject to a service charge, depending on the circumstances. Delivery charges will not be refunded or credited. Refunds will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned items and the deduction of any applicable restocking charges. Additionally, any expenses related to repairing damages or replacing missing components originally included with the order will also be subtracted from the refund amount.

All purchases of professional catering equipment are considered final, as these transactions are categorised as business-to-business interactions. Consequently, these purchases are not covered by consumer distance selling rights.

Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, all consumable items, including (but not limited to) chocolate, mixes, sauces, and other foodstuffs, are non-returnable and considered final.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. However, if you wish to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible.

It's important to be aware that orders for bespoke, custom, customised, special order, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted by us. We begin the order process or manufacturing process with our supplier(s) or manufacturers upon acceptance of these orders. Therefore, we kindly ask for careful consideration before placing orders for such items.

  • 1. Contact Us: You can cancel your order by contacting us through phone or email.

  • 3. Cancellation Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds if necessary.

Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, it enters the shipping process and cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

Product Warranty

All our commercial equipment products are backed by a minimum of one year of return-to-base warranty, and numerous commercial machines feature an extended Five-Year Limited Warranty.

Customers are responsible for coordinating the return of any faulty unit(s) to us for repair. Kindly ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any loss or damage during transit, as we cannot assume liability for inadequately packaged items. Prior to sending, please reach out to CFW to obtain a designated returns number for your package.

Warranty validity can be compromised if a non-manufacturer-approved engineer carries out inspections or repairs on a product, or if the equipment is improperly used.

Should the goods supplied experience a failure or breakdown during the warranty period, please promptly inform us as soon as the defect or failure becomes apparent, and certainly before the warranty period concludes. Please note that CFW cannot assume responsibility for any defect or failure reported after the warranty period has expired, regardless of when the defect or failure originated.

It's important to emphasize that CFW’s product warranty, as specified within the product information page on the website or as confirmed via email when placing an order, takes precedence over any warranty information contained in manufacturers' brochures or on external media, including but not limited to product manufacturers' websites or brochures.

For items reported as faulty within the designated warranty period, we will first of all attempt to repair the product. Only if we are unable to repair the product will an exchange or replacement be provided. In cases where we agree to exchange or replace a product, only the remaining unexpired portion of the warranty will be transferred to the new unit. It's important to note that CFW is not liable for any financial losses or business disruptions that may arise directly, indirectly, or incidentally from a faulty or defective unit. Customers are responsible for planning and preparing for such eventualities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or any products purchased through it.

Compensation

We want to emphasise that we cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings that may occur due to issues including but not limited to delayed shipping, stock availability, or equipment faults. While we strive to provide reliable products and services, unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control can sometimes impact the outcome of events. Therefore, it's important to understand that any financial implications, including loss of earnings, arising from such situations fall outside our liability. We encourage event organisers, business owners, etc to consider appropriate contingency plans to mitigate any potential financial risks.
