Price Match Promise

We all want the best price, and even a small saving can make a difference.
If you find the same product cheaper from another UK retailer, let us know before you order and we’ll do our best to match it.

Our Price Match Promise

To request a price match, email info@cfw.co.uk or call us on 01592 650 540 with:

  1. The product you’d like to order.
  2. The competitor’s name.
  3. A live link to the competitor’s product page, or a written quotation from the competitor.
  4. The competitor’s price.
  5. Confirmation that the product is in stock and available to order.

We’ll check the product, price and availability. If the item is like for like and available to buy from the competitor at the time we review your request, we’ll confirm whether we can match the price.

What Qualifies?

To qualify for a price match:
  • The competitor must be a UK-based retailer selling to UK customers.
  • The product must be exactly the same, including brand, size, pack quantity and specification.
  • The product must be in stock and available to order at the quoted price.
  • The competitor’s price must be current and verifiable, either through a live product page or a written quotation.
  • Customer-specific quotations may be considered, including bulk pricing, where the quotation clearly confirms the product, price, quantity and availability.
  • Delivery charges may be considered where they affect the total price paid.
  • The price match cannot be used against pricing errors, expired offers, cashback schemes, loyalty points, or any offer that cannot be verified.

The Important Bits

All price match requests are reviewed at the discretion of CFW.
Price matches must be requested and agreed before the order is placed.
We can only assess the price and stock position at the time we review your request, as competitor prices and availability can change at any time.

CFW reserves the right to amend, decline or withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time.
