We’re all looking for the best prices, even saving a couple of pounds can make a huge difference. If you see a like for like product cheaper elsewhere, email info@cfw.co.uk or call us on 01592 650 540 and we'll match the price. We’ll even price match for 7 days after your purchase! If you see the same item cheaper elsewhere, we’ll credit your account with the difference.

Our price match promise

We can confidently say most of our prices are lower than our competitors. However, if you do find any of our products cheaper elsewhere we'll price match any like for like product – we’ll even match discount codes!. Here’s what you need to do to you get the best price:

1. Give us a call on 01592 650 540 or email info@cfw.co.uk
2. Your order number.
3. Competitors name.
4. Competitors Price.

That’s it! We’ll need to confirm the price of the product, so make sure you’ve got a link to it to hand. If we confirm the competitor's price is lower than our own we will match their price or refund the difference to you. Please note that your price match refund will be credited to your account as account credit. The price match refund account credit will be valid against any purchases for a period of 6 months.

The important bits

No confusing jargon here, just handy information you should know.

• We only price match against websites from retailers based in the UK, selling UK products
• The product on our competitor’s site needs to be exactly the same as the one on our site
• The product must be available to order and pay for that same day
• Against the standard advertised price offered by the competitor, i.e. this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, cashback schemes and voucher/discounts
