Chocolate Fountains: Regular Servicing for Problem-Free Operation

To ensure problem-free operation, all Sephra Chocolate Fountains require regular servicing. We recommend servicing Sephra Chocolate Fountains approximately every 500-1500 hours or once a year (whichever is soonest), depending on the model and age of the Fountain. Our fully trained engineers can provide this service at a low cost. We can arrange to collect, service, and return your Sephra Chocolate Fountain. If you prefer to carry out the installation of the service kit yourself, we can supply the necessary parts. Parts, labour, collection and delivery charges all apply. Additionally, a cleaning fee, starting from £20.00 + VAT, may apply to Chocolate Fountains that are returned in an unhygienic state or in a condition that obstructs our engineers from completing the necessary work. It is important to note that failure to service your Sephra Chocolate Fountain may invalidate your warranty.

Waffle Plate Recoating Service

For our Waffle Makers, we understand that consistent performance is crucial. That's why, as well as Sephra replacement plates, we also offer a recoating service for used Sephra coated aluminium plates. To prolong the life of your waffle maker, we recommend limiting the use of oils on the plates, because excessive oil may accelerate Waffle plate deterioration. Our goal is to help you maintain your waffle maker's efficiency and extend its lifespan.
