Kettle Corn Popcorn is a variety that contains a perfect balance of balls and butterfly shapes. This naturally occurring popping style has been cultivated over the years so that a single cob will produce more mushroom kernels than "regular" kernels.
Mushroom-style popcorn is denser and more compact than butterfly-style popcorn. Since mushroom popcorn does not include any breakable "wings" like butterfly popcorn, it holds up well against stirring and coating processes.
Please Note: The packaging of this product is prone to splitting in transit when shipping by parcel courier. To try and minimise this we tape the seams at both sides and double bag in a plastic outer. If the bag does split the product is still usable.
