To make the batter:
125g Sephra American Style Pancake & Waffle mix
100ml water
Whisk until smooth.
Cooking Pancakes
Deposit the batter mix into a heated non-stick pan.
Flip once golden brown and cook until both sides match in colour.
Cooking Waffles
Deposit the batter mix into your waffle baker.
Cook until golden brown.
Always adhere to the instructions of your waffle baker.
