I have no real complaints about the product itself. It's Halal which is great for our Muslim and Jewish customers, tastes great and retains its structure once opened provided you put it in an air tight container. The marshmallows themselves are quite large, so only 2-3 max would be needed for hot chocolate. Nice for dessert topping but possibly the equivalent smaller ones could be purchased. My only gripe not related to the product is the price. Quite high for marshmallows and could find the product or equivalent cheaper online. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Bought this as my daughter wanted to make take away hot chocolate for her school Christmas fayre. So putting hot chocolate powder in a piping bag & sealing. Then wrapping in another piping bag to place the marshmallows on top & tie with a ribbon at the top. These marshmallows were handy & will go down a treat
