Monin Raspberry Mix (also known as raspberry purée or raspberry base) in a 1-litre plastic bottle gives you the juicy, tart flavour of ripe raspberries with zero prep. Made with over 50% raspberry purée and natural flavouring, it’s a fast and reliable way to add fruit flavour to drinks across cafés, bars, kiosks and takeaway menus.

Use it in lemonades, iced teas, mocktails, cocktails or smoothies — the smooth texture and strong raspberry taste blend easily into both iced and blended drinks. The deep red colour and tangy sweetness make it a good fit for berry menus, fruity drinks or seasonal specials.

It’s vegan, vegetarian, alcohol-free and certified Halal and Kosher. It also contains added preservative to support shelf life once opened.


How to Use Monin Raspberry Purée in Drinks
