We bought this for our son's birthday party as we had lots of family with children of all ages coming and we wanted a bit of a wow factor! It didn't disappoint. The instructions were simple and it was easy to use. We used 3 x 970g bags of Sephra's Milk Fondue Chocolate which we melted easily in the microwave before emptying into the fountain bowl. It was simple to top up throughout the afternoon. We added a little oil at one point as per the instructions as the chocolate became a little too think after constant running. We got through 3 x 970g bags of chocolate in about 3 hours of constant use. The only messy bit was the children (of all ages!).

Cleaning was easy, just tipped out the remaining chocolate whilst still warm (as per the instructions) and wiped the bowl clean. The other removable parts cleaned up well in a sink of hot soapy water. The only strange thing is that it has three settings: Off, Heat and Heat/Flow, however, the Off setting seems to be the same as the Heat setting i.e. you have to turn it off at the plug (not a bad thing really). Other than that the CF27R was perfect and I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of a chocolate fountain.

Fantastic product, very easy to assemble, fairly easy to clean, lots of fun. I got this for a house party and it was well worth it, all my guests couldn't get enough of it, think people stayed in the kitchen most of the night as this is where I set it up, would definetely recommend this product.
