Krampouz Electric Plancha Wide Luxury for Professional Dessert & Catering Kitchens
The Krampouz Electric Plancha Wide Luxury is a powerful stainless-steel cooking plate designed for high-demand food service. Ideal for dessert parlours, crepe houses, waffle shops, street-food kitchens, and cafés that need fast heat recovery and reliable performance. It offers a wide cooking surface with two zones, giving you flexibility during busy service.
This wide version gives you 64.2 x 44.2cm of cooking space — perfect for fruit toppings, pancakes, crepes, churros, grilled toppings, and even savoury items like meats, vegetables, breakfast items, and flatbreads. It reaches temperature fast (around 8 minutes to 250°C) and distributes heat evenly, helping you prep fresh orders smoothly without slowing your queue.
Krampouz use a stamped stainless-steel plate with rounded corners, making cleaning quicker and avoiding food build-up in edges. There’s also a large removable drawer (1.3L) with a filter to collect residues — handy for long service runs. Designed for intensive use, this plancha suits both front-of-house dessert stations and back-of-house kitchens.
