Manufactured within the UK, Sephra Fountain Ready Chocolate Compound Coating is perfect for Fondue, Enrobing, Baking, Cooking, Moulds and using in Chocolate Fountains without the need to add any further oil or cocoa butter.
Supplied in 20Kg keep fresh, food grade bag/box, in Chocolate button form making it easy to melt and use.
The difference between compound chocolate and our Belgian couverture range, is that the chocolate liquor is replaced with cocoa powder, and cocoa butter with vegetable oil. This means we can supply it at a reduced price, yet the quality and taste of the product is still fantastic and a great cost effective solution.
Compound coating allows you to glaze your chocolate desserts and obtain a perfect glossy finish.
Unlike chocolate couverture, this compound coating does not need to be tempered before use.
