Ingredients Preparation
30g Callebaut - Finest Belgian Dark Chocolate - Recipe N° 811
50ml Cream
30ml Brandy
30ml Crème de Cacao Liqueur
Cruched Ice

Pour into a Martini Shaker.
Add Crushed Ice and the Chocolate mixture then shake.


Strain into chilled martini glasses. 
Add finely grated chocolate to decorate.

  Serve with skewers for customers to help themselves.
