The Bubble Waffle, also known as Hong Kong Egg Waffle, was originally conceived in Hong Kong and is now a craze that is taking the world by storm. The filling options are endless, choose from strawberries, raspberries, cream, chocolate sauce, Nutella, banana, salted caramel sauce, ice cream and gelato to name but a few fabulous combinations. The Bubble Waffle batter is made using a simple to use add water only Sephra mix and is available in convenient 3Kg bags.

Until now only low quality machines were available in the market, which failed quickly, had poor warranty and did not heat the batter well. Now Sephra have a quality Bubble Waffle Maker available.

The high quality Sephra Bubble Waffle Maker is a tried and tested method of baking great waffles every time. With its Automatic Timer & Thermostat with Audible Alarm, which tells you when your Bubble Waffle is baked, it is easy to use and requires no training. Simply pour in to the baker, close, flip and the baker will beep when the Bubble Waffle is ready. The 180-degree left/right turning of the baking plates allows for optimal distribution of the dough.

The Sephra Bubble Waffle Maker features easy to use coated plates, so the Bubble Waffles won't stick to the surface and can be easily removed once baked.

Sephra's Gluten Free Waffle mix is ideal for making delicious golden brown Waffles. Simply add melted butter, milk and eggs. Easy to use, just add milk, butter & eggs. Suitable for Vegetarians.

Cooking Instructions
1. Pre-heat your waffle iron.
2. Mix together the eggs and milk and add to the waffle mix. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the melted butter slowly until incorporated into the mix. The mix will be the consistency of thick cream/custard. If it is thicker, add a little extra milk. You may find that if using liquid margarine, it will be a little thinner but this is fine. Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes. It will thicken slightly. It is then ready to use.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Do not overfill the waffle iron. The time will vary depending on your waffle iron. The waffles are best served warm. You can reheat the waffles in an iron or a toaster.
